Ingredients

2 egg whites, beaten stiff
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Fold all ingredients into stiffly beaten egg whites.
Drop onto well-greased cookie sheet.
Place in preheated oven (350\u00b0). Immediately turn off oven and leave cookies overnight.
Guaranteed not to burn!
