Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak (cut in strips)
2 green peppers
1 lg. onion
1 c. celery, diced
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 beef bouillon cube (dilute in 1 cup of water)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Brown steak strips in hot Wesson oil, add bouillon, peppers, onion, celery and cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat in covered fry pan for 45 minutes.
