Italian Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. string beans, 2 inch pieces or broccoli florets or asparagus spears or mix some of each
 
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated cheese
pepper
fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
Preparation
- 
                            Steam string beans (or veggie of choice) for 5 minutes and drain.
 
Heat oil in pan and saute vegetables for three minutes. Add bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.
Toss together well.
Top with fresh basil.
