Mexican Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked sweet potatoes, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    salt
Preparation
    Toss all vegetables together and fry in butter until potatoes are brown and crisp.
    Salt to taste.
    A delicious way to use leftover sweet potatoes!
