Shoo-Fly Cupcakes(Makes 24 Cupcakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix together the first 4 ingredients with your hands.
    Save 1 cup for crumbs.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients.
    Pour liquid mixture into flour mixture.
    Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full with batter.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
