Pureed Squash Sory - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. buttercup squash without skin, seeds
    4 to 5 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    sliced scallions (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cover squash and water in saucepan. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Puree top with scallions.
