Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 onion, diced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 box Jiffy corn bread mix (small)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    grated cheese for top
Preparation
    Saute onions
    and pepper in butter.
    Mix in sour cream; set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour into 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
    Pour
    sour
    cream mixture on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
