Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    medium sized onion, sliced thin
    green pepper, sliced thin
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Boil carrots in salted water a few minutes.
    Combine onion, pepper and carrots.
    Combine everything else and boil until sugar dissolves.
    Pour over carrots and refrigerate.
    Better if made 3 or 4 days in advance.
