Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow
    1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
Preparation
    Peel and boil one small potato until soft enough to mash with a fork.
    Then add confectioners sugar to the mashed potatoes, until it can be formed into a ball.
    Roll out and spread with peanut butter.
    Re-roll and cut.
    Chill.
