Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, split (2 lb.)
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme or rosemary
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Request)
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken. Spray 12 x 8-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
    Arrange chicken, breast side up, in dish.
    Sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Combine soup and water. Spoon over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
    Remove foil halfway through cooking.
    Stir sauce before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
