Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    4 c. milk, divided
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook rice, sugar and 2 cups of milk about 1/2 hour.
    Add the other 2 cups of milk, the egg yolks and the vanilla.
    Finish cooking for another 1/2 hour.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in pudding after it is cooked.
