Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 small ear corn
    1 medium green pepper, seeded and minced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Scrape the corn from the cob.
    Mix the corn kernels with the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Pour into warm sterilized jars and cover.
