Healthful Morning Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Fiber One cereal
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. pecans or raisins (optional)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin pan or line with paper baking cups.
    Combine cereal and milk.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Beat in oil and egg.
    Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
