Louisiana Pecan Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans
Preparation
    Slice pork into 1-inch pieces; rinse well.
    Combine flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper.
    Roll moist meat in flour mixture; set aside.
