Chicken Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breast
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    8 oz. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Stew chicken breast, adding celery, onion, salt and pepper if desired.
    Cube meat and mix with sour cream and soup.
    Put mixture in a 2 quart casserole.
    Mix together stuffing mix, butter and broth.
    Put on top of chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with cranberry sauce and a salad for lunch or add a vegetable for dinner.
