Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sugar cookie dough (for crust)
    1/3 c. sugar
    assorted fruit (as desired)
    1 c. orange juice or apple juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pat out cookie dough on pizza pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
    Should be done but not crisp.
    Let cool.
    Combine 1/3 cup sugar, cream cheese (more cream cheese may be used if desired) and vanilla; spread over crust.
    Place fruit around until covered.
    Fruit may be thinly sliced and placed in circles around top of cream cheese.
    Apples, oranges, bananas, kiwi, peaches, pineapple and cherries or combinations can be used.
