Seven Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 jar pimento
    2 cans onions
Preparation
    Combine all but 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the onions.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Arrange cheese and onions on top and bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
