Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1 small onion, diced
    6 sweet pickles, cut fine
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. salad dressing
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    Add the sugar and salt to vinegar; pour over diced potatoes. Allow to cool.
    Add remaining ingredients and salad dressing; toss lightly.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Garnish with hard-cooked eggs. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
