Great Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. boiling water
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix shortening with salt and boiling water, whip until fluffy. Stir in 3 cups flour until dough forms a ball.
    Sprinkle extra flour on the dough until not sticky.
    Roll and edge pie crust. Prick with fork, bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Makes 2 large pie crusts.
