Calico Vegetable Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can small sweet peas, drained
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
    Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
