Grandma'S Choc-Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. oats (uncooked)
2 c. Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, chocolate and walnuts; mix well. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 12 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
Remove to cool completely.
Makes about 4 dozen.
