Coco (Rabbit) In Wine Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, cut into serving pieces
    1 onion
    1 c. red wine
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 cloves (whole)
    1 bay leaf
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sour cream
    cider vinegar
Preparation
    Place rabbit in crock or glass dish.
    Mix wine, spices, onion and enough vinegar to cover. Marinate for two days in refrigerator.
    Save marinade.
