Laura'S Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads broccoli
    1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
    10 oz. stick white Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Finely chop heads of broccoli (not stems).
    Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble.
    Grate Cheddar cheese.
    Mix mayonnaise, white vinegar and sugar together and set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix broccoli, bacon and cheese.
    Toss with mayonnaise and vinegar dressing.
    Chill and serve.
