Pistachio Sour Cream Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 if Pyrex).
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and water.
Beat well until smooth.
In a small bowl, toss together cinnamon and nuts.
Divide batter between 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans, alternating layers of batter with sugar-nut mixture.
End with a sugar layer.
Bake 1 hour or until loaves test done.
(Electric oven, 45 to 50 minutes.)
