Baked Fish (Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. low calorie Thousand Island dressing
    lemon to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw fish.
    Place fish in casserole dish.
    Combine onion, mushrooms, dressing and lemon.
    Pour over fish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Makes 4 servings; 178 calories, 5 grams of fat and 60 mg. cholesterol.
