Country Club Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chopped chives or spring onion tops
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    vinegar (to thin)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and thin with vinegar until of desired consistency.
    Serve on a tossed green salad.
    Yield:
    1 cup.
