Farmer'S Stew(Low Cholesterol, Low Sodium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 can no salt whole kernel corn
    1 large can no salt tomatoes, chopped
    1 white onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 large potato, cut in small pieces
    2 green peppers, chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Simmer vegetables in large saucepan until done.
    Brown turkey in skillet; drain off any fat.
    Add vegetables and chili powder. Add pepper to taste.
    Serves 6.
