Crock-Pot Chicken And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    6 thin slices ham (deli-type)
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    sour cream
Preparation
    Wrap ham slice around chicken breast and cheese slice, use toothpicks to hold together.
    Put in crock-pot and pour undiluted mushroom soup over top (soup will thin and form juice during cooking).
    Set crock-pot on high for 2 hours, turn to low setting for 5 to 6 additional hours.
    Spoon sour cream over all the last 15 minutes of cooking.
    Great served with wild rice.
