Linda'S Low-Fat Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large jar thick Ragu sauce
    1 pkg. raw lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    oregano to taste
    nonstick cooking spray
    large nonfat Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. nonfat grated Mozzarella
    La Pecorina Romano cheese
    1 Heritage egg, beaten
    1 c. water
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Spray fry pan with cooking spray.
    Saute garlic and onion. Add ground beef until browned.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan, spread small amount of sauce on bottom.
    Layer in the following order: raw lasagna noodles, ground beef, Ricotta, sprinkle bacon bits, Mozzarella and sprinkle grated cheese.
    Repeat 2 more times.
    Pour water around sides of pan.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil; bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
    Let stand 20 minutes to set before serving.
