Pepperoni Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix
    2 pkg. sliced pepperoni
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Follow directions for hot roll mix.
    Knead and roll about to size of a cookie sheet, 1/4-inch thick.
    Place pepperoni, side by side, on top of dough.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Roll, jelly roll fashion.
    Seal edges and fold under ends.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take out pan and apply butter to top and sides of loaf.
    Continue baking 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Cut into slices and serve.
    Serves 6 to 8. We like to dip this into Ranch dressing.
