Green Bean And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans green beans
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 bean can bean liquid or water
    2 c. cooked rice
    6 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, shredded
    2 oz. pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Cook green beans with chopped onion for about 30 minutes or until onion is slightly cooked.
    Drain and reserve liquid.
    Mix soup with 1/2 can of bean liquid.
    Add green beans, rice, cheese and pimentos.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbling.
