Creole Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans fresh clam meat
2 cans shrimp or fresh shrimp
2 cans drained tuna
2 cans Trappeys okra gumbo
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (1 for less spice)
2 onions
1/2 bell pepper

Preparation

Saute onions and pepper.
Add all to pot in order, sauteing onions and pepper while others heat.
Simmer on low heat 20 minutes.
Serve over bed of cooked rice.
