Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. freshly shredded apples (Golden Delicious)
1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Shred 3 1/2 cups Golden Delicious apples. Place them in freezer bag and freeze until needed. Measure 3 cups again. Mix all ingredients. Grease and flour oblong pan, about 8 1/2 x 15. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Test with toothpick.
