Date Pecan Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. chopped dates
4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cook sugar, milk, butter and syrup to soft ball stage when dropped into cold water.
Add dates and heat until thick.
Add pecans.
Turn out on damp cloth and roll in log.
Chill, then slice.
