Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
    Beat egg yolks until light; add milk. Mix in dry ingredients.
    Stir in oil.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Cook on hot griddle.
