California Club Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
4 crisply cooked and crumbled bacon slices
wedges cut from 2 tomatoes
1 sliced avocado
Preparation

Cover a large platter with lettuce.
On the lettuce, arrange chicken, eggs, bacon, tomato wedges and avocado.
Serve with Blue cheese dressing.
Makes 4 servings.
