Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag cranberries
1 orange, ground with juice
2 c. water-part juice
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. chopped celery
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine in a saucepan cranberries, orange, juice, water and sugar.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add one-half of the marshmallows and the cherry Jell-O.
Stir and let cool.
Add the celery, nuts, pineapple and the remaining marshmallows.
Set in refrigerator to chill until serving time.
