Double Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
    Put butter, sugar and water in a pan and bring to boil.
    Add 1/2 package chocolate chips, vanilla and eggs.
    Beat in dry ingredients.
    Add remaining chocolate chips.
    Put into greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
