Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, diced
    1 stick oleo
    salt and pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 can beef broth
    1 tsp. hot mustard (Colman's dry)
    1 can mushrooms
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. Sauterne
Preparation
    Saute diced beef in oleo until slightly browned.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Set aside.
    Add chopped onion to meat saute. Add the flour and stir in the beef broth.
    Bring to boil.
    Add hot mustard and mushrooms.
    Cover pan and simmer one hour.
    Before serving, add the sour cream and Sauterne.
    Do not boil after adding these last two ingredients.
