Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. cranberries coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. beat oleo and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with juice, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries, nuts, and grated rind. Pour into greased & floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centercomes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf. Yummy!
