Danish Meat Balls(Frikadeller) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean pork
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, grated
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 tsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients thoroughly.
Add milk.
Form meat balls with a spoon and fry in margarine until done.
