Banana-Honey Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Streusel (recipe follows)
    3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. honey or packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. slightly crushed Wheaties Honey Gold cereal (about 2 3/4 c. crushed)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inches.
    Prepare Streusel.
    Reserve.
    Mix bananas, milk, honey, oil and egg in a large bowl. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt just until flour is moistened. Stir in cereal. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full. Sprinkle Streusel evenly over tops. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
