Jean'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean ground beef
    4 eggs
    1 medium chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. skim milk
    pepper to taste
    crushed crackers
Preparation
    Mix beef, eggs, milk and seasonings together well.
    Add enough cracker crumbs for meat to be shaped into 2 loaves.
    Place in roaster.
    Score on top and place a strip of bacon on top.
    Pour catsup around the meat.
    Pour on another 1 to 1 1/2 cups of milk. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
