Sausage And Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian mild sausage
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, slivered
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 of water into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Prick sausage in several places and cut apart.
    Evenly distribute sausage in pan.
    Surround with potatoes, peppers and onion.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
