Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1/4 large green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 stack saltines
1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation

Put ground beef in medium bowl.
Add chopped onion and green pepper, salt, pepper, crumbled up crackers and eggs.
Stir with fork until well mixed.
Place in medium baking pan.
Press evenly to edges (flat on top).
Spread ketchup evenly over top.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4 to 6.
