Tortillas (Flour) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cut shortening in flour and salt.
    Add water, enough to make a soft but not sticky dough.
    Make into 18 balls.
    Set aside about 30 minutes.
    Roll out about 1/8-inch thick.
    Bake on hot griddle. Serve warm with beans or chile con carne.
