Ingredients

1 large can pineapple
3 eggs
1/2 liter cream
3 coffee spoons maienza or cornstarch
Preparation

In a ceramic pan, take the juice of the pineapple, eggs and cornstarch.
Heat slowly and stir constantly for about 5 minutes, or until mixture bubbles.
Remove from heat and cool.
Beat the cream with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Cut the pineapple into pieces.
When cooked mixture is cool,
mix with the pineapple and cream.
Place in refrigerator.
Serve cold.
