Snowman Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp. ground nutmeg (if desired)
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
60 currants (1 rounded tablespoonful)
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, shortening, 2 eggs, nutmeg, salt and 2 cups flour.
Beat on low speed, scraping bowl constantly 30 seconds.
