Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cheap hamburger
    5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Remix once a day for the first 3 days.
    On the fourth day, shape into rolls.
    Bake on broil rack oven pan to catch drippings.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 10 hours. Refrigerate after cooking.
    Slice very thin.
    Makes 6 rolls.
