Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell
3 eggs, separated
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks; add sweetened condensed milk and ReaLemon juice.
Pour into crust.
In mixing bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar; beat until stiff.
Spread on pie and seal to edge.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until meringue is brown.
